Warm romantic elegant atmosphere. Nice for a couple but seems spacious for large groups. Server mentioned that all food & beverage are authentic products of Italy. Our dinner for two enjoyed Pilsner beer & Lechthaler Pino Noir de Trentino. We shared one order of flat bread w buffalo mozzarella & one Pizza Rustica/added mushrooms-we left full, with nothing leftover to take home.
I've actually never had their pizza... but, their sandwiches and salads are outstanding! Pretty decent wine selection as well. Service is outstanding- friendly, attentive (without being hovering) and fun.
Perfect evening in every way. Food was nirvana, wine was superb. Our waiter Will was attentive without being intrusive. The manager also named Will, was divine. We loved it, Vesuvio pizza was incredible as was the chocolate torte. We will be regulars it was that superb.
Daily happy hour featuring select Italian wines, our house made sangria and Italian lagers served from 3-6pm daily.
We firmly believe to experience the best of what we create is to sit down and dine in our comfortable dining room and enjoy the experience.
We do not work with any third-party delivery services, and firmly believe that the integrity of the product is greatly diminished in that delivery process.
I want our guests to feel the same sense of family that I felt growing up, says George Eder, owner of Pizza Republica, and it’s that vision for hospitality that has made Pizza Republica one of the most consistent and well-respected Italian restaurants in the Denver area. George grew up in Michigan with a German dad and an Italian mother in a food-driven household. Mom & Dad Eder encouraged their children to revel in the familial community surrounding their dining table. Food resonated with me at an early age, says George of his childhood memories. It’s how we related to life.
Focusing on fresh ingredients and tried and true regional recipes, Pizza Republica has become an Italian staple in Greenwood Village. Authentic wood-fired Neapolitan Pizzas, housemade mozzarella, friendly service and a sprawling wine list featuring over 100 hand-selected Italian wines are just a few of the reasons Pizza Republica has been called, the perfect spot for a romantic date out or to socialize with your friends. Visit the Landmark location or our second location at the base of Colorado Convention Center in downtown Denver, just north of the big blue bear at the corner of 14th and Champa Street.
